Bottler Supplier Tasting Notes

Nose: Maple syrup on pancakes, cedar, fig syrup, Manuka honey, dark chocolate fudge, and milky caramel.
Palate: Very rich and dessert-heavy: fig syrup, Medjool dates, honeycomb/Crunchie-bar character, pecan pie, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, and sticky toffee pudding.
Finish: Rich, luscious, moreish, long-lasting, a “Christmas Eve dram.”
