All the varietals were cold macerated on skins for 3-6 days, pressed, then transferred to barrel for fermentation.-  With prominent lychee-citrus notes from the Sauv Blanc, florals from the Muscal, and body from the Chard, we’ll think you’ll agree……It’s Nice!!!
