Our Bushmills 12 Year Old is a marriage of single malts matured for a minimum of 12 years in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, including a finish of six months in marsala barriques. These dark, sweet Italian fortified wine casks impart further succulent spiced dried fruit notes and a decadent honey sweetness.

NOSE: A full-bodied intriguing aroma of dried fruits, spices with sweet, candied apple
TASTE: Creamy on the palate with notes of rich honey, spiced fruit and caramelised brown sugar, with a distinct nutty malt character.
FINISH: Strong and slightly dry, the complexity of the flavours linger on the palate with hints of warming ginger and spiced pear
