This wine is produced through wine co-op ‘Cantina di Custoza’, from the Veneto region in northeast Italy. Comprised of 100% Corvina, the primary varietal in wines such as Valpolicella Classico and Amarone della Valpolicella, it’s ruby in color with a fresh and delicate scent. Notes of floral red fruits on the nose lead to savory currant, red cherry, and plum fruits in the medium-bodied gem. Bright and fruity, the soft and harmonious flavor goes well with soft cheeses or accompanies dishes such as light soups, salami, grilled meat.
