We had a unique opportunity to work with some exceptional quality organically farmed Okanagan Syrah in 2022. Silky smooth, soft and round on your palate. Our favourite Syrah’s come from cool vintages in warm climate regions, 2022 in Oliver was the perfect example. A very pretty wine, violets and lilacs leap out of your glass carried by subtle black cherry and apple, complemented by a savoury black pepper and a sea salted texture.
