A fine example of this enigmatic Sherry style. Palo Cortado is a relatively rare style, falling somewhere in between an Amontillado and an Olorosso.-  Amber-hued, its bouquet offers a sublime combination of the dried fruits present in Palomino grapes blended with the sweetness of the sun-bathed Pedro Ximenez grapes. We recommend you taste it with pates, quality cold cuts or goat cheese.
