BOTANICAL SERIES – These small-batch ciders were conditioned on fresh fruit and botanicals to infuse them with natural flavours. We never use concentrates or extracts.
Cider made in the style of a Belgian Rouge beer: Fermented with monastic Belgian beer yeast, aged 2 months on cherries, cranberries and raspberries, then slightly soured. Thick and fruity with lots of body.
