The 2017 Syrah Polkura is blended with 6% Cabernet Franc, 1.5% Petit Verdot and 1.5% Grenache Noir from Marchigüe, Colchagua, and spent 15 months in 20% new French barrels. Dark garnet in color. The aromatic profile features bacon, blackberry, pepper and bay leaf against a backdrop of tapenade. Creamy with an expansive palate, it has a mild but slightly wild acidity. Ripe and satisfying at the back of the mouth.
