Notes of juicy apricot, citrus and wild flowers on the nose. Fresh and tingly bitters providing length on the palate. Hazy, expressive, and lingering.

Use of 3 techniques to make one cuvee. Short overnight maceration, 3-week long fermentation, 5 months long maceration. Destemmed, unfined, unfiltered. Aged in stainless steel.
