Crafted in three aging stages. In the first stage, the spirits are aged for a minimum of four years before being incorporated into the base rum blends. In the second stage, these base rums, made with spirits and sugarcane distillates, are aged in our cellars for 3, 7, 15, or 25 years to achieve the desired organoleptic profiles. This new extra-aged rum is then stored in unlit barrels before undergoing a third aging stage, where all the components are further refined.
