Muscular and brooding, the fruit for this wine was sourced from the Similkameen Valley, then native fermented and aged in stainless tanks. The palate is super ripe with cherry, raspberry, and heaps of cracked pepper and smoked spice. Tannins are supple, and again, smoke spiced tinged. Pairs well with spicy pork dishes and BBQed ribs.
