Chiyomusubi is a historic sake brewery in Sakaiminato Japan, renowned for making some of the world’s best sparkling sake. In 2021 they received a licence to distill whisky, and started Sakaiminato Distillery. (kurahojin) CRAFT is their teaser lineup of whiskies blended in-house, while their own whisky is resing in barrels ready for release in 2024. This edition is 100% malt whisky which was finished in ex-amarone casks but matured in ex-port casks prior to that.
