From the Official Website:
From the careful vinification of the Pinot Gris grape variety, this straw-yellow wine with coppery reflections comes from a phase of contact with the skin of the grapes. Its nose is ample, with notes of fruit and delicate sensations of citrus. Pinot gris is one of the most widely distributed grape varieties in the world and it owes its success to its ability to give wines elegance and freshness on the palate.
It can be drunk alone, as an aperitif, or, thanks to its pleasant salinity, with tasty fish dishes.
Serve it at 10-12°C.
