From Ciderworks Organic Cidery on Saltspring Island

By definition cider is made from apples and perry is made from pears.-  The two are combined here (in an approx. 80/20 Cider/Perry split) using fruit from Bright Farm’s fabulous heritage collection making for this delicious, moderately sweet blend.

(note that the picture shows the ‘Cider only’ version of this from last year….this 2021 version has Perry in it as well)
