Full, orange tinged gold. Like a baked apricot pie, fruit plus pastry plus caramelized notes. Definitely not cloying. Clean, fresh lemon citrus on the palate that easily balances out the sugar, giving the impression of lightness and elegance rather than sugar-heft. A plausible aperitif wine rather than dessert only.

Drink by: 2030. Score – 95.
