Masterfully distilled in July 2022 from 100% grown BC malted barley and aged in two distinct casks: high char ex bourbon barrels and South American Malbec red wine barrels that were filled with a distillation derived from a Belgian yeast fermented mash. ‘The Mage’ offers the warm inviting presence of tingling baking spice, filled by soft flavours of vanilla and finished with a dry astringency that invites another magical sip.
