This wine is a blend of Grenache (from our Prébois vineyard near Orange), more northern Syrah (including those from our Vinsobres vineyards) and Mourvèdre. Seductive intense and deep ruby red color with purple reflections. This wine reveals a powerful nose with an aromatic palette harmoniously combining notes of very ripe black fruits with subtle notes of spices, enhanced with a hint of Sichuan pepper. Very elegant and remarkably balanced, the palate offers fine tannins and superb aromas of small red fruits highlighted by a delicate peppery note. Typical notes of Syrah which continue on to a finish of very good length.
