Los Danzantes Resposado starts with the Joven, which is put into new French oak barrels from the forests of Nevers and Limousin and aged for 11-12 months. The mesquite smokiness becomes focused to something resembling peat in an Islay malt. Clean, refined, well-structured, and elegant, with a deep long finish.
