Our White Rye is twice-distilled and then brought down to 45% ABV. The second distillation achieves a texture and viscosity expected from a high quality spirit while retaining the complexities and flavours of rye grain.

This technique creates a bold but versatile spirit that can be enjoyed straight up or mixed into your favourite cocktail.

This is a truly unadulterated expression of Rye Grain.

Nose Light, floral notes, combined with vanilla, toffee, and spice
Palate Gentle toasted coconut signature with a hint of marshmallow
