This bold “Williamson” is a teaspooned 13-year-old Islay blended malt, matured in refill bourbon casks, that transports you to a windswept cove at dusk, where driftwood crackles on a campfire and the sea mist hangs heavy in the air. The scent of smoked almonds and bright lemon dances with a briny whisper of iodine. On the palate, waves of smoke and citrus collide, capturing the wild, untamed coastline.
