The name Adela comes from the Latin ‘rich and noble’, signifying the depth of this special Whisky that has been matured in ex Oloroso Sherry casks.
NOSE: Rich raisins, sultanas, with hints of orange peel and wood spices
PALATE: Raisins and sultanas, rich fruit cake, sweet cinnamon and chocolate
FINISH: Rich and long with a slight dryness
