Made from mead, Apéritif Cascadia is a love-letter to Vancouver Island. Flavoured by the forests and meadows of coastal British Columbia using botanical species native to this region and foraged by our friends at Forest for Dinner. Sweet and smokey, this apéritif is bursting with berries, brine and pine, highlighting the vibrant botanicals growing on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish People.

Tasting Notes: Delicate alderwood smoke dominates the nose backed by subtle stone fruit and juniper. Sweet smoke is balanced with light pine citrus acidity followed by forest berries and briney salt. A true sipper to enjoy on ice. It’s a night around the campfire on a west coast beach.

The Cascadia apéritif style is defined by its use of Sitka Alder as the primary botanical and bittering agent as well as it’s exclusive use of botanical species native to Vancouver Island and the Pacific Northwest.
