This is a fine, friendly, fruit-driven Champagne with mild croissant and almond complexity around freshly baked apple. It is light to mid-weight with active mousse, just a hint of sweetness and very good acidity. The length is very good to excellent. An easy, well-priced reception Champagne that also has some class.
