Made using 100% Canadian grown Rye grain, aged in single use brand new American Oak barrels. A light scent with aromas of dry oak, vanilla and nutmeg, with sweet and slightly spicy characteristics of classic Canadian Whisky. Oak is very central throughout with dried fruit, vanilla, sugar caramel and prune on the palate. The finish is clean with oaky spice and smooth tannin.
