A vibrant display of fine orchard flavours, stone fruit, citrus, pineapple and pear. True ambrosia.
The 2023 Pinot Gris brings together fruit from west Oliver, north Summerland, and an estate vineyard on the Skaha Bench. The fruit was harvested on September 5, September 7, and September 14, respectively. Each block of Pinot Gris was hand harvested and whole cluster pressed to tank to cold settle before being racked to stainless steel tanks (85%) and neutral French oak barrels (15%) for long, cool fermentations. The different vineyard blocks gave us a beautiful range of wines to work with, resulting in a fresh, juicy, fruit driven Pinot Gris.
