Nose: Gooseberry fool and summer wildflower meadows, grappa soaked sultanas. There are hints of over-ripe banana, fresh ginger and custard creams.

Palate: A creamy mouthfeel with notes of vanilla ice cream, dried pineapple, papaya, and ginger spices.

Finish: Pleasantly sweet, long lasting, and warming, with subtle hints of yeast dough and a slight toastiness.
