Tasting Notes From The Folks At Boutique-y

Nose: Initially quite herbal, agave? But let it breathe and it develops beautiful blossom notes with jasmine and orange. Sweet with notes of honey, tropical fruits too; papaya, mango, and just a hint of lime.

Palate: A herbal agave note leads, for me, but then it sweetens with hints of apricot, sultanas, vanilla cream, while black pepper plays in the background throughout.

Finish: Sweet limes and black pepper.
