Quinta do Vallado Douro DOC is a blend of Rabigato, Códega, Viosinho, Gouveio and Arinto. Fermented with no skin contact, for nearly one month at temperatures varying between 14° and 16°C.Aged in Stainless steel for 3 months. The aroma brings floral and mature fruits, with melon notes, while the pallate is very mineral and fresh. Well balanced persistent flavour, with citric notes.
