Aromas of melon, grapefruit, peach, guava and herbs, all contributing to a clean and fresh flavour with a long finish. An expressive and aromatic wine. The fresh acidity is balanced with a medley of tropical fruit flavours, creating an excellent partner to local seafood, poultry and lighter fare. The grapes for this blend were organically grown on Pender Island, and were hand-picked and hand-sorted.
