The sweet scent of fresh grass and flowers in a summer meadow as we spread out our picnic blanket enjoying coconut lime shortbread cookies and butterscotch ice cream in a cone. On the palate we detected salted caramel, Belgian waffles and carrot cake before sipping a Moscato sangria, a deliciously sweet and refreshing mixture of Moscato wine, fresh berries, oranges, raspberry liqueur topped with sparkling water.
Water added a floral dimension, fresh cut, pressed but also flowering houseplants while to taste sweet and mellow hibiscus iced tea, rosewater as well as maple syrup on pancakes and dusted lemon bonbons.
