From The Official Website

Our third release in the series ventures deeper and higher into Canadas wild lush lands. Inspired by the crisp, invigorating air of high-altitude landscapes, Wild Air is crafted to evoke the sensation of taking a deep breath atop a rugged peak, surrounded by untouched Canadian wilderness.

Three unique barrels each with its own independent flavour journey. Andres Faustinelli masterfully blends these three magnificent whiskies to a perfect balance.

Hungarian Oak Casks – Matured in repurposed shipping containers deep in the northern wilderness, where extreme temperature swings intensify barrel interaction, yielding a bolder, smoother whisky. The Hungarian Oak adds balance, with vanilla, pepper, and classic caramel flavours.

Birch Bark Charred Casks – Shed birch bark foraged from northern forests, charred in ex-Viognier casks, and combined with BEARFACE Single Grain Whisky, which was seasonally aged in ex-Pinot Noir barrels for five years.

Maple Syrup Casks – Ex-bourbon-matured whisky finished in maple syrup ‘brûlée’ barrels and proofed with ‘vertical water’ harvested from maple trees within 24 hours of tapping for peak freshness.
